· Introduction:
The Little Ear Church is a building to symbolize the sound-collecting facility for hearing God. It is situated on a lush slope, looking down a sunken grass pool that has been deposited for thousands of years. Looking up white clouds floating in the blue sky on the top of the slope. Standing on the base, the designer, just want to use a piece of paper roll to form a void space linking the sky and pool, two main characters we can borrow from the surrounding to enhance the building's quality. As a result, the entire chapel is a "paper tube" wrapped in steel plates, suspended above the branches of the trees. The small end is open to the sky, the large end is open to the bottom of the pit, and in the middle is the breath flowing between the poles.
Because the large end of the "paper tube" cantilever is long, it issupported by a "cross" steel structure, just to indicate its religious character.
