On December 27, 2021 China Civil Engineering JM Tianyou Award Excellent Residential Community Technical Exchange Meeting was officially held in Shenzhen Bloggeland Yuntian International Hotel.

The meeting commended the projects that won the Gold Award of Excellent Residential Community of China Civil Engineering Jemtianyou Award in 2021. The "Chongqing Liangjiang New Area Yuelai Group C C78-205 Plot Project" (Chongqing Huayu Yujing Yuelai Phase I), recommended by Chongqing Real Estate Development Association and presided over by the architecture, stood out among hundreds of real estate projects nationwide. Finally won the Gold Award of 2021 China Civil Engineering Jeme Tianyou Award for Excellent Residential Community, and returned with great praise. This is the fourth time that the architecture has won this award after the projects "Chongqing Longhu · Big City Courtyard", "Chongqing Longhu · Chunsen Shore" and "Chongqing Longhu · Rajing".
