Founded in 2008, Made & Make Architects has grown over 18 years from a design team of 30 members into an architectural firm of nearly 200 architectural and interior designers. Originating in Shenzhen, China, the firm has expanded its presence to major economic and metropolitan centres, including Shanghai and Hong Kong in China, as well as London in the UK.

Made & Make Architects is recognised for its strong design capability and consistent professional delivery. Within the context of China’s urbanisation, the firm has focused on providing architectural services for high-end urban development projects, establishing long-term working relationships with leading real estate and development organisations such as China Energy Engineering Group, China Railway Construction Corporation, Longfor, Shimao, Hongkong Land, Vanke, China Resources, Poly Developments, and China Merchants Group.

The firm’s work is primarily located across the Yangtze River Delta, the Pearl River Delta, and Southwest China, including Chongqing and Chengdu, as well as key provincial capitals such as Wuhan, Shenyang, and Xi’an. A number of these projects have received international design awards. To date, Made & Make Architects has completed over 40 million square metres of built work, covering commercial developments, urban complexes, residential and office buildings, educational and cultural facilities, and urban design projects.
